The Abelson Wrong Hire Cost Estimator™ - Concise Approach to Estimate Staff Costs (Beta)

This easy to use estimator requires information regarding compensation, but not much more. You get an accurate range of staff costs for a particular position.  The estimator should take just a few minutes to complete.  YYou receive a one-page worksheet with your cost estimates and the range of staffing costs for that position.

 The Abelson Wrong Hire Cost Estimator™ - Extended Approach To Estimate Staff Costs (Beta)

This estimator asks you to specify the direct and indirect costs for five (5) areas related to staffing issues.  These five areas are
1) Recruiting costs
2) Interviewing and Hiring costs
3) Compensation and Other Financial costs
4) Managing and Leading costs
5) Termination costs.

EEach area also has a listing of specific cost issues to include when estimating the costs of each of these five primary areas. Giving estimates for each of these areas is relatively easy to do and the estimator does not require or need exact figures for any of them.

The Abelson Wrong Hire Cost Estimator™ - Comprehensive Approach To Estimate Staff Costs( Beta)

This is the most comprehensive approach and the most accurate to estimate staffing costs.  It allows you to specifically document estimates for dozens of staffing related costs.  IIt also lets decision makers see the costs associated with the different specific areas so they can more accurately make decisions regarding costs, solution alternatives, and timelines for implementing needs. Giving estimates for each of these areas is requires a little more time from the person answering the questions because of their specificity, but remember the calculator does not require or need exact figures for any of them. You receive a two page worksheet with your cost estimates and the range of staffing costs for that position.
