The Abelson Wrong Hire Cost Estimator™ - Extended Approach To Estimate Staff Costs

This estimator asks you to specify the direct and indirect costs for five (5)
areas related to staffing issues. These five areas are
1) Recruiting costs
2) Interviewing and Hiring costs
3) Compensation and Other Financial costs
4) Managing and Leading costs
5) Termination costs.
EEach area also has a listing of specific cost issues to include when estimating the costs of each of these five primary areas. Giving estimates for each of these areas is relatively easy to do and the
estimator does not require or need exact figures for any of them.

most accurate to estimate staffing costs. It allows you to
